TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGENT OF CHANGE “TRANSFORMATION WEEKEND”
Thank you for choosing to register for the Agent of Change “Transformation Weekend”.
Please read the following terms and conditions and indicate below that you accept them.
Charge and payment - You will be charged at the applicable advertised rate and will be able to pay via stipulated payment methods. A receipt of registration and payment will be supplied after registration. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with the results at the end of the course and have attended 100% of the course you may request a refund. Agent of Change reserves the right to change venues and dates of Transformation Weekend if necessary. In these circumstances the client may also request a refund. Refunds may not be given under any other circumstances.
Agent of Change Qualifications – Heath Myers warrants that he is a trained and qualified Life Coach, Healer, Teacher and Presenter and is capable of performing these therapeutic activities. All Agent of Change assistants are also fully qualified to carry out their roles.
Your Engagement – Transformation Weekend (TW) will contain a variety of processes, techniques and tasks that will be explained to you before proceeding voluntarily. It is important that you apply yourself fully in all processes, techniques and tasks. You are asked to make the most of the TW sessions by playing ‘full out’, being honest with yourself and having fun! What you put in is what you get out.
Responsibility For Results – The therapeutic practices applied at the TW are effective, and have a proven track record of success. We ask that you claim full responsibility for achieving your goals for the TW in order to gain value from our services; this is your promise to yourself. In other words, you may only hold yourself responsible for achieving your goals for this therapy.
Therapeutic Methods – Transformational therapies are safe and generally exciting, fun and motivational. Please acknowledge that at times the processes may present themselves as personally challenging. With this in mind we trust that you will make all efforts to be in the right state and condition necessary for participation in the course. Out of respect to yourself and all other participants, Agent of Change reserves the right to refuse entry or participation, in the event that you are not in a fit enough condition to proceed. You may not hold Agent of Change liable for any potential loss or cost incurred by you (or any other person related to you) in the event of circumstances caused by personal challenges stemming from the TW sessions, either directly or indirectly.
Course Times – All participants must be present at the agreed starting times. Failure to be in attendance at the designated times may result in you being asked to sit out any processes that are already underway. This is imperative to ensure that the course runs on time and that other participants can benefit from the course uninterrupted. We will make all reasonable efforts to uphold the agreed times.
Age -TW is designed for people of age 16 years and older. People under the age of 18 must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian to attend the course.
Confidential Material – As part of the Personal Client Details and Services Agreement, we would like to obtain personal details and confidential material relating to you. We shall make all reasonable endeavors to ensure that such material is not disclosed to any third party.
Privacy Policy – This contract and all information you share with Agent of Change is held in the strictest confidence.
Intellectual Property Rights – You have no right to reproduce any of the processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies, inductions and materials used by Heath Myers and Agent of Change in the Transformation Weekend. You must not at any time use or reproduce the Materials in any manner, shape or form (except for your own personal use) and shall ensure that none of your employees, agents or related bodies use or reproduce the Materials in any manner, shape or form. You may not use any sound or visual recording equipment to record any course material.
